Class contents :
During the class a healthy and vegetarian menu, based on catalan cooking tradition and local products will be prepared:
· Salads and special sauces
· Lent stew or cannelloni with mushroom (depending on the season)
This is a very active class. Montse Tolosana will ask all participants to involve actively on the cooking process to thoroughly understand the catalan cooking techniques. At the end of the class, courses will be tasted by participants.
A dossier including recipes, advices, suggestions and bibliography will be provided to attendants.
