During the class a typical catalan cooking menu for a celebration day will be prepared:
1st course: Fideuà
2nd course: Chicken with prawns
Desserts: Crema catalana
This is a very active class. Chef Sebastian will ask all participants to involve actively on the cooking process to thoroughly understand the catalan cooking techniques. At the end of the class, courses will be tasted by participants.
