Isabel Celma and Montse L. Tolosana, both belonging to Cydonia association (centered on biological products), wrote this book ("Nutritious Trip") to explain their way of understanding cooking by means of explaining 175 delicious recipes for vegetarian courses for each year season and special days.
It has been written in a desired personal way, offering a global point of view of cook and food, bearing in mind vegetarian, ecological and social justice arguments and, of course, taste satisfaction!
