We have climbed the mountain. We have finished the four books of the cycle. We may now enjoy what we have worked during more than four years.
Autumn is time for harvest. In The Winter Recipes book, we learned that cooking was not as complicated as they said. In The Spring Recipes Book , we understood that buying well is basic to be able to cook well. In The Summer Recipes Book we learned how canned food can make our life easier. Now, having the learned and practiced technique, with a perfect basket and a lot of of canned food at home, what remains to do is the most important: sit on table and have fun.
Why climbing a mountain if you can't rest for some minutes and watch the way you go by? So now, sit on table with you special dishes and have fun. Every day. Each meal. Each dish. You now understand what cooking means. Now you are aware of the culinary fact that allows the daily harvest of sensations that keep on shaping our memory. Filling it, day by day, with emotions that help us to live.
Hopefully, next time you are on table and the phone rings, you will know how to say: "They will call later. Enjoy your meal".
