Class contents:
This is a very active class designed for those people that really want to participate in a hands-on cooking class.
A Barcelona chef will come to your own kitchen to ensure you learn how to prepare the following dishes. At the end of the class you will be able to have lunch(or dinner) with a bottle of wine.
Menu
1st: Pork sausages, cheese and wine tasting.
2nd: Calçots with romesco (seasonal)
Dessert: Catalan Cream
