1. Fill in the create account page (address only required for products shipping).
2. Validate your account by clicking the link in the email you will receive.
3. Add to your basket whatever you want to buy (chose the date you want to have your class).

1. Introduce you card number and the 3 numbers appearing on the back of it (named CVC2 or CVV2).

2. Your bank will then ask for an extra security code that you only know and that depends on each bank.

4. How and when will my books arrive?

1. Books are shipped via Post Mail.

2. Shipping time depend on publishers stock and may take between 15 and 30 days.

5. When and how will my products arrive?

1. Products are being shipped through DHL.

2. Delivery date is between 3 and 5 days after you receive an email giving you an DHL order number.

3. Orders are processed every friday.

6. How do I know where are my products?

1. Thanks to DHL order number (provided by email), you will be able to know online where are your products by accessing our 'Order Tracking' page.

2. Shipping costs will always appear detailed before the payment process starts.

3. In certain cases, you may receive more than one DHL order number if products are being sent from different vendors.

7. When and how will my class be confirmed?

1. Confirmation will be sent via email at least 7 days before.

2. In case not enough reservations are in place, class cancellation will be sent via email and total refund will automatically be ordered by Catalancooking.com without need to ask for.
