This book gathers a total of 107 gastronomic recipes. Many of them were learned at home, when she was a child, but most of them have been compiled nowadays from non professional cooks from Ebre lands.
But this book is not only a recipe book, but the proof that traditional cooking in Ebre Lands (being accurate, Catalan counties involved are Baix Ebre, Montsià and Terra Alta) is part of the identity of this region.
Since the way of cooking of a territory is part of its history, its people, way of life or celebrations. Thus, cooking is part of its culture.
