Class contents :
During the class a typical catalan cooking menu for a celebration day will be prepared:
1st course: Noodles with meat
2nd course: Chicken with prawns
Desserts: Catalan Cream
This is a very active class. Joaquim Miró will ask all participants to involve actively on the cooking process to thoroughly understand the catalan cooking techniques. At the end of the class, dinner will take place.
A CD including free video recipes will be provided so attendants can practice this courses at home.
