During the class a traditional catalan cooking menu for a celebration day will be prepared:
1st course: Fideuà
2nd course: Mar i muntanya (Sea and Mountains: Chicken with prawns)
Desserts: Catalan Cream
This is a very active class. Mamen will ask all participants to involve actively on the cooking process to thoroughly understand the catalan cooking techniques. At the end of the class, lunch will take place.
