Tour to La Boqueria Market to buy the necessary ingredients and private catalan cooking class.
During the class a typical catalan cooking menu for a celebration day will be prepared:
1st course: Fideuà
2nd course: Chicken with prawns
Desserts: Coc amb mel
This is a very active class. Montse Tolosana will ask all participants to involve actively on the cooking process to thoroughly understand the catalan cooking techniques. At the end of the class, courses will be tasted by participants that have nothing to bring to it.
A dossier including recipes, advices, suggestions and bibliography will be provided to attendants.
